Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC) this week hosts a virtually extraordinary general meeting (EGM), this week (Friday).

Company Secretary, Julia Chaila said the proceedings will be streamed live through the Corpserve e-EGM platform.

The EGM is scheduled to consider and adopt the recommendation for the appointment of Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers Zambia as the company’s external auditors and to authorise the directors to negotiate and determine the Auditors remuneration.
