Mopani mine accident rescuers retrieve machine, no bodies

RESCUE workers at Mopani South Ore Body have retrieved the machine  that was being used by the four miners who died underground last week.
The search for the bodies of the affected miners still continues, although some body parts were found last week.
Copperbelt minister Mwenya Musenge said yesterday that the rescue team was hopeful that the bodies of the miners may be found within 48 hours following the recovery of the machine they were operating.
The four miners – Emmanuel Kyongola, Honest Mushota, Arnold Mambwe and Abel Munthali – died in the early hours on July 20 after an underground earth collapse
