New company secretary has been appointed at Atomic Eagle, the uranium explorer advancing the Muntanga Project following the resignation of Abby Macnish Niven after more than six years at the position.
The board has appointed Bennett Greenhalgh, new company secretary, effective mid October 2026.
Greenhalgh is a corporate lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience in governance, regulatory compliance, and capital markets.
He has previously served as company secretary or assistant company secretary across ASX-listed, private, not for-profit and joint venture entities. He holds an MBA (Distinction) from the University of Western Australia, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course.
Niven has steered Atomic Eagle’s governance and compliance through its transformational merger with GoviEx Uranium Inc., the associated $10 million re-compliance capital raising, and its return to trading on ASX as Atomic.
Meanwhile the board is grateful for the continuity and care Niven has brought to the role through a period of significant change.
