Johan-Ernst Linström has been appointed Airgas Sales Manager with effect from January 28, 2015.
He assumes sales responsibilities at the firm, a Sub-Saharan subsidiary of German-based Aerzener Maschinenfabrik (Aerzen) – one of the world’s leading specialists in the design and manufacture of roots blowers, turbo blowers, screw compressors, rotary lobe compressors and gas meters.
“My primary focus will always centre on how to improve the company and its products. Part of this forward-thinking strategy will involve placing greater focus on highly specialised products that will open up new niche markets, while remaining committed to the tried-and-tested Delta Blower and Delta Screw compressor range,” he said.
This is a well-deserved promotion for a man, who has been a valuable employee at the company for more than seven years
Linström hopes to bring ‘younger blood’ into the sales division at Airgas by adopting a more forward-focused strategy.
